Abalo Agnes
ABALO AGNES was born in 1982 in Lafura, one of 9 children. In 1987, at the beginning of the war, their family moved to Pece. She was not able to attend school and life was very hard. They had to forage for food and had great difficulty feeding the family. On a trip back to the village for food, her father was killed by the Rebels. In 1999, she took a husband and they returned to his family land in Kinene in 2009. They have 5 children and her husband, Alfred, owns a store in the village Center. She and Alfred both became Christ-followers in 2014.
